For 9 years I had the privilege of working with FedEx, gaining a deep understanding of their complex industry and multi-layered audiences. I partnered with them on numerous customer-first web and multi-channel experiences for both external and internal audiences.
Access Thought Leadership Platform: This celebrated the ideas and innovations that connected people and possibilities around the world. Written, visual, video and immersive content was created for both a web presence and yearly print publication.
FedEx SenseAware: I worked with the agency team to rebrand, rearchitect and redesign this website that describes the FedEx SenseAware package monitoring devices and service options.
FedEx Purple Promise: A site created to inspire and educate FedEx employees on the principles of Purple Promise: “I will make every FedEx experience outstanding”.
AEM Site Migration for FedEx.com: This multi-year web CMS migration project included auditing, architecting and consolidating hundreds of old site pages and then rewriting, designing and building new pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
FedEx Air and Ocean Trade Lanes: A functional site with a predictive search allowing customers to find the air and ocean shipping lanes that FedEx operated in.
